I am appalled at something that I have just learned. News that is circulating fast among the Asian communities. Apparently a Ruby Tuesday server AND manager discriminated against a Filipino. Not taking her order and treating her like she was most UNWANTED diner.
Well I heard she is suing them. GOOD FOR HER. I know she will win and I hope she gets compensated big.

I hope that the management of the organisation comes out with a definitive statement against such actions by their staff. Anything short of that should lead to strong action from the public against them.

I have not heard about this. Is it obvious that this discrimination was based on the women's ethnicity only? Are there any more details out about this case?
By the way, I've never eaten at Ruby Tuesday so can't vouch for the service or anything. Is it supposed to be a family restaurant?
